Tiens Gratitude Fund (TGF) is open to all TIENS MALAYSIA and BRUNEI distributors and valid for Participating Distributors (PD) only and it is an optional program.

  • 1. Contribution amount
    • Each PD contributes RM2.00 for each deceased PD through monthly auto bonus deduction. If 2 PD passed away in a particular month, then RM4.00 will be contributed. Maximum contribution from each PD is RM20.00 regardless of the number of deceased PD.
    • All PD with bonus are eligible for contribution and subject to the availability of the bonus entitlement of the PD in that particular month.
  • 2. Distribution of TGF
    • If less than 10 PD passed away in a particular month, each named beneficiary will get RM2.00 contribution from each PD.
    • If more than 10 PD passed away in a particular month, the funds collected will be equally divided amongst all named beneficiaries.
    • Calculation of the total demised and entitlement of the fund is as per calendar month.
    • The total contribution of a particular month is as per bonus month for that particular month.
  • 3. Beneficiaries
    • One PD is only allowed to nominate one beneficiary; the name of the beneficiary nominated must be stated as per his or her Identity Card.
    • Nominated beneficiary must be an immediate family member of PD as defined below:
       
      • Grandparents
      • Parents
      • Children
      • Spouse
      • Siblings
    • The same name can be nominated by more than one PD as their named beneficiary.
    • In the case of changing nominated beneficiary, a written notice with the present of a witness must be submitted. Signature on the notice must be identical to the signature on the participation form.
    • Jika peserta & pewaris meninggal dunia pada masa yang sama, ahli keluarga terdekat akan layak menerima dana tersebut.
  • 4. Qualification of TGF entitlement
    • Monthly personal sales of 200BV for 12 consecutive months from the date of participation or prior to death.
    • For those age 70 and above, monthly personal sales of 300BV is required for 12 consecutive months from the date of participation. Thereafter, only 200BV personal sales monthly maintenance is required.
    • Any discontinue of minimum monthly personal sales will subject to re-qualification. However, under certain circumstance where PD are unable to complete 200BV/300BV personal sales, he/she is allowed to top up in the following month with triple sales volume i.e. 600BV/900BV , at the same time must also complete minimum personal sales requirement for that particular month.
    • Limited to business volume that is generated within Malaysia and Brunei only. Oversea business volume will not be taken into calculation.
    • If PD failed to complete the 200BV monthly personal sales requirement before death for that particular month, RM200 will be deducted from the allocated TGF to complete the said requirement. Under this circumstance, the beneficiary is still entitled for the fund and products of not more than RM200 will be given.
  • 5. Partnership and Company registration
    • For participants who are partnership/private limited companies are required to submit an appointment letter appointing their selected PD and the beneficiary. Both PD and beneficiary must be a natural person.
  • 6. Nature of TGF claim
    • The TGF is only applicable and limited to natural and accidental death. Deaths caused by committing suicide, participation in high risk activities, nature disasters and those involve in illegal activities are excluded from the entitlement of TGF.
    • TGF will only be paid upon the receipt of the validated death certificate and/or any other supporting documents together with the approval by THE TGF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE.
  • 7. Notice of claim
    • Upon death, a written notice must be given to the company within 14 days. All validated documents must be submitted within 30days.
  • 8. Permission to publish
    • All PD and respective beneficiaries must agree unconditionally to allow Tiens Health Development (M) Sdn Bhd to publish and advertise their participation in any form.
    •  5% of the TGF will be allocated for the above purpose.
  • 9. Right of the company
    • The company reserves the right to amend the terms and regulations of the TGF without giving prior notice to the PD.
    • In case of any inconsistency in any literature,the English Language version will prevail.
